A sweet but refreshing apple cider, our Pink Lady Cider is a traditionally made alcoholic cider with the tang of fresh pressed Pink Lady apples from the cool climate region of Orange NSW. Enjoy the honeyed sweet and sharp taste of fresh Pink Lady apples. Extending your pinky when drinking is optional.
On a winters day this matches perfectly to spicy and full-flavoured foods like a nice curry. On a hot day our Pink Lady Cider is lovely with some ice in the glass.

How do Pink Lady apples make a great apple cider?
The Pink Lady apple variety or "Cripps Pink" is probably Australia's best known apple variety. Originally developed by John Cripps at the Western Australia Department of Ag, Pink Lady apples have become Australia's most popular apple.
The lovely sweetness and tart acidity of the variety make them a great apple to add freshness to a blended cider or as we've done here, make a sweet cider that has that lovely fresh acid balance to ensure it's refreshing and drinkable but not clawingly sweet.
